Updating schools on new grades?

I have my Fall semester grades, and I'm ready to tell my schools about them! But I don't know how?! Does AMCAS have anything to do with new transcripts or is AMCAS out of the picture at this point? Should I ask schools about their updating policies? Should I send a letter and/or my new official transcript to them? Thank you for the help, I hoping you guys could lead me in the right direction...I'm getting inconclusive answers from everyone else I've been asking 😕

You don't need to go through AMCAS. Many schools have 'application portals' or an equivalent on their website where they accept updates (grades, LOIs, etc). If not, shoot the admissions office an email with your question as the policy might vary by school. You won't need an official transcript until just prior to matriculation so a brief email should suffice.
