I have the opportunity to stay at Madison Towers this fall (my first yr. there) but am not sure if the extra money for a one yr. lease is worth it. I guess I'm asking for advice from those who know what both Clark Tower and Madison Towers are like. Should I sign the lease or just dorm the first yr.? -L.
