Is there any advantage on putting URM on your application. If any what are they. I am a black applicant, and some school require that you send them your passport photo. Does this help in getting admission to dental schools. What do you guys think. imputs will be greatly appreciated. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

There are other schools also that try to recruit people from under represented minorities so that they can serve that branch of the community. Of course grades and dat will still be taken into consideration but it sounds like you're okay if you're scoring 19/22 on topscore...scores usually (not always..but it seems to be the trend) are higher on the real test than practice kaplan/topscore tests. good luck on the apps!
