that brings back memories...

Nope.....................although I waaaas wondering if anyone got a chance to contact dean quinn.....................................since the wait is getting to be somewhat long

:barf:

Hi all. I've been checking this thread for a while without adding anything, so I felt obliged to let you all know that the alternate list has started to move. I got a call today, and I am taking the spot. Good luck.

trojan,
did dean quinn call you personally? also, what time of day did they call? thank you for the post.

hi trojandoc,

if you don't mind my asking, was usc your first choice, and if so, did you let them know that?

From one waitlister to another, that must have been pretty relieving to get the call. The thing that interests me is, How many people on the waitlist have USC as their only option?

Congrats TrojanDoc. USC is my last chance to stay in California and is also my first choice (coincidence???) so I'm crossing my fingers for a call also

i got a call from Dr. Quinn last night too. I decided not to take the spot though. Good luck to all future Trojans!

hey guys,

looks like i´m going to withdraw my spot from Keck, got in elsewhere last night. anyways, good luck to you all taking my spot.

anyone think about calling? when do you think is the latest we will know about the waitlist?

I talked to them yesterday but didn't really get any info about movement. People get off waitlists up until the day school starts so it's just a waiting game

one of our friends here on the forum got in today. It wasn't me, (I wish), but I don't want to steal any thunder from anyone...guess it's still moving

Someone give me a straight answer..

Currently GPA is low at 3.45, a MCAT score of 32P. For EC's, right now I only have 2 summers volunteer work in hospital, and 1 semester of research in my chemistry department, I'm not done yet, but I'm going into my 4th year in college.

Does it look I have a chance at USC..............

Wrong thread buddy!

well, I guess that's it...

Have you tried giving the admissions office a call to see if they will say anything regarding movement? I assume they're probably pretty vague about it...There really needs to be a better system for applicants and waitlists, the waiting and not knowing is terrible.

Kinda...looks like it will be a masters this year if they don't call in the next week and a half.
