Hi guys, I am hoping someone could guide me through this.

I am trying to create an account to start my USC supplemental. The online application webpage tells me to create my account but I am not seeing an option for creating an account. The only thing I see is the user login tab. Is anyone seeing this issue as well?

I saw this issue earlier too and I emailed them, and they told me to wait. But its up now! Received an evaluation confirmation email yesterday!
