use biller vs billing company

any insight to how to find a good billing set up for my solo private practice inpatient rehab unit practice, I have a biller that I pay hourly and billing software that I pay for monthly, but I am looking into potentially going with a billing company vs local billing group that charges % of collection, any input would be appreciated.
