Hi guys what is the emphasis placed on USMLE step 3 and fellowship placement. I have variably heard that USMLE step 1 and 2 follow you throughout, but no one speaks of the infamous step 3. In addition, many say step 3 requires little additional knowledge and studying compared to step 2. can one reliably take step 3 in their fourth year knowing this. please let me know your thoughts. thank you.
