USMLE transcript replaced-why?
Started by ThedarnmikeDO
Not sure what you mean. Can you be more specific?
Its really no biggie, more or less just a curiosity.
I'm sure the "most recent" transmission of my transcript is correct.
I want the history channel to do "Modern Marvels: ERAS"

Hahaha...
Is it just your USMLE transcripts?
Today I found in one--and only one---particular program that all my documents have been "replaced by newer file before retrieved". I have never replaced anything...what gives? is this really harmless? hahaha...paranoid!
its awesome that ERAS has decided to post my usmle transcript three times to all the programs.
What if ERAS accidentally sent programs the wrong USMLE transcripts, then replaced them when they found the error?
My USMLE transcript has been posted 3 times also to all of my programs! i wish i could look at what the programs are getting. i know my scores of course but call it paranoia i want to actually see all that my programs are going to see. make sure the scores are right and all.
Apparently my USMLE transcript has been replaced with a newer version.
The status of my prior scores has not changed.
Did they get peanut butter and jelly on my original transcript or what?
Rascals at ERAS are always playing pranks on the little people.
I read somewhere that sometimes when electronically transmitting our documents from ERAS to the programs, some things get jumbled -- i.e. a poor quality copy or fax -- so ERAS has to send them again. Just to keep applicants in the loop, ERAS lists these items as "replaced" on your login site.
That is what I thought at first but the usmle transcript is originally in an electronic form so it shouldn't be a poor scan. The letters and mspe I could see gettting all jacked up though with food and peanutbutter all wedged up in the fax machine.
I want my modern marvels:ERAS episode.
