My LoR author sent the LoR on 28th August via USPS certified mail
And on Sept 2 , the tracking shows it reached Philadelphia
The report says

Arrival at Pick-Up-Point, September 02, 2008, 8:41 am, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19101
Arrival at Unit, September 02, 2008, 7:06 am, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19104

Nothing after that. OASIS also doesnt also show any receipt of the LOR.

Is the letter delivered according to USPS?

What does "Arrival at Pick-Up-Point" mean?
Why its taking them 2 more days to deliver it to ECFMG/ERAS which has the same zip.

And the does "verify receipt of your documents" in ECFMG means they have recd it or they have scanned it ?

No.

That means it has arrived at the point at which your mail carrier picks it up to take to its destination.

Who knows. Did you send it receipt request? If so, perhaps no one was available to sign for it, or they refused to sign for it. Also it may just be that they haven't updated their web site and it has been delivered. The mail carrier may have a lot of mail on his route and can't deliver it in 1 day.

Well thanks for the clarification.
Now its says delivered
Now another 2 weeks for scanning.
