Varsity Tutor vs Next Step Private tutoring

Would anyone recommend Varsity tutors or next step for private tutoring? I took the Kaplan course but I feel I need more one on one instruction.

I have Variety tutors, but it took me a long time to find a good tutor. I almost asked for a full refund. I use next-step for all their practice exams specifically.
