USMLE Very disappointing

just took NBME 17 today., got 420. This is a decline from 2 weeks ago with NBME 16(for 440).
I''be been doing Uworld constantly, and occasionally Kaplan qbank. In Uworld, my overall percentage have been going up(now ranging from 65-80s. Avg for last few blocks 71%). My current overall is 65%(1st pass, less than 20% left)
I've been reviewing FA carefully recently, and I do feel that I'm solidifying my knowledge.
But the NBME result today just hit all my confidence back to nothing
Exam in 3 weeks. Opinions please

I can understand your pain. I was doing Uworld and Kaplan and scoring around 70%, but my NBMEs don't show that result, especially since according to some Uworld % correlation a 70% is around 660. Interested in hearing advice as well.

Do another NBME if your are not scoring at least a 220 I would post pone . I feel like half the time people rush through the questions and don't actually read. Make sure you're answering the question and not read into it

I would try UWSA 1. If your UWSA is around your NBME avg, might not be a bad idea to postpone. I did poorly on all of my NBME's (around 215 consistently), my UWSA was around 234, which was close to my actual exam score.
