Can anyone tell me what my chances are at #26 as a VA resident?

I accepted my offer at MSU but trying to say positive and keep my hopes up about getting the call from VMCVM.

But losing hope here. It’s unlikely right??

For what I know the VA and MD waitlists don’t move a whole lot in general. I don’t think VA has gotten that far down the list before but every year is different. But worst case scenario is that you’ll still be in vet school this year 🙂

Your chances are slim to none. I’ve never heard of it getting that far down. Sorry, I know that’s not what you’re hoping. I hope I’m wrong for your sake!

I wish I had better news, but this year was my third time applying and last year I was #6 on the VA list, but it's hard to say from one year to the next. Just stay positive that you know you're going somewhere!

I hope i hear something soon... i was #9 on the OOS list on april first and like 2-2.5 weeks i made it up to number 1. But havent herd anything since then...

I was #8 on the OOS list in the beginning and then moved to #4 on 4/22 and have not heard anything.

I have no idea. It’s very strange. In an earlier post someone that was a few numbers behind also got in. I’m really confused. I emailed Shelby to check on my ranking today so I guess I’ll wait to hear back!
