I have heard that VSP is picky in terms what they require for a comprehensive eye examination. Exactly what tests must be performed to "pass" an audit by them? (color vision? stereo? fields? NRA/PRA?)

Any input would be appreciated...thanks!!

In general, they want to see at least one test of convergence, accommodation, and visual fields on all comprehensive exams.

Cover test, amplitudes (or MEM or a near add), and a confrontation field are satisfactory.

So, they don't check color vision/stereo testing? What about DFE?
