Waiting on transcripts

I sent two transcripts. One was mailed 2/4 and received 2/11. The other was mailed 2/7 and has yet to be received. Could the storm delay it this much or should I send a new one? I've already submitted just this stupid transcript.

How long did they say it would take to send the transcript? How many business days? If it hasn't been that many days then I would say wait. Then perhaps resubmit.
