Waiting till December to Apply?

I want to apply as soon as possible to podiatry school but I have to retake a biology class and I want to wait until I had received the new grade before I applied. Should I wait till December to send in my application so I can have the new grade? I want to apply to AZPod, Cali, Ohio and, Temple. I'm just worried about the amount of seats that will be left around that time, especially with AZPod. Can anyone help?

I would call the admissions department at each school and get their opinion since they would have the most accurate information.
