are you supposed to remove yourself from any WL once you’ve signed an apartment lease with a classmate from the medical school you’re currently accepted at?

Do you want to go to WL school more? If so, stay on the WL. It’s your life, you do with it as you please. Others may try to discourage, but this site is a cesspool of horrible advice.

Entirely up to you. Im sure the roommate you signed the lease with will understand. There is no “punishment” for this.

Just be aware of costs involved. Where I live, you break your lease and they require the full amount remaining on the lease. It sucks.

Same here, unless you can sublease the contract, which would be subject to agreement by the other leaseholder(s) and landlord.

Im sitting on 2 WL (tell drexel to luv me soon plz) and my current lease is up in about a month. Another school where Im WL takes students off even through mid august. Im afraid to sign a lease because of possibly having to break it too. It kinda sucks cuz breaking the lease is so expensive and also the bf doesnt know if he should start looking for jobs because we dont know the plan yet :/
