Does anybody know the rules pertaining to the number of waitlist transfers allowed? Assume a scenario in which I am holding two waitlist spots. If one comes calling and I commit to attending that institution, then the other (my top choice) comes calling a few weeks later, can I essentially change schools twice?

yes you can. i think the rules are that you can only hold one seat at a time though.

so, if you get accepted by one and take that seat, then get your top choice offer, you can accept but must then withdraw your seat from the first one.

yes, this happened to me, i just called the first school and wrote an email thanking them for their consideration. congrats on getting into your first choice.
