MD Waitlisted at 5 programs. Reapply?

I have been waitlisted this cycle at 5 different medical schools. The problem is that all of them are incredibly competitive top 20 programs. With a waitlist decision at Mayo MN, Columbia, UCSF, WashU, and Duke should I consider reapplying or are my chances relatively good at gaining acceptance to one of the above?

There will be a lot of wait list movement after May 1st. You do not need to make that decision about reapplying until mid June if you have no acceptance at that time.
