I'd like to know where people are being taken OFF the waitlist and given invites, more than knowing where people are waiting at. Gives more information to those who are crossing fingers.

One of the schools gave me access to their interview broker site, even though all dates are full, so I can see if someone cancels. Has anyone had any luck scheduling an interview this way? I check multiple times a day, but have had no luck 🙁

I know the program you speak of, and I was able to schedule an interview with them last night. Constantly checking (eventually) payed off. I hope it works out for you too.

Haha, I got it at like 8:30 last night when I was waiting at a drive thru for a milkshake. A perfect illustration of how this process is SO RANDOM sometimes.

Has anyone gotten off of the Maine waitlist? I really want to interview there.

I, and also one of my classmates, are on the Maine wait list. Their email made it sound like it was a very short list, but I'm having doubts now. I also really wanted to see the program.

Utah. It read like an interview invite (the subject was invitation to interview) until I got to the 2nd paragraph which said only waitlist spots were available. Guess they aren't as "stoked to invite me" as they were others...

They never contacted me so I finally called last week. They said something like "we can't interview you right now." so I sat there awkwardly and said "so.......is that a rejection?" "Yes."

Lol well it's just me. I like to think that I'm a pretty decent applicant. And I've gotten off of every other waitlist I've been placed on so high hopes for this one. If I get it, it will be #15 for me.

Im on the waitlist at UCONN and a couple other places I cant remember at the moment. Im just assuming these will all turn into rejections so am not really watching them that closely.

Some movement on the Maine waitlist, with emails going out and spots filling up immediately. If I were a priority I'd get a real invitation, and if I'm not, I'm not spending the time and money to go. I'm not playing that game. It'll hurt my chances but I'm just not playing it.

If anyone gets this invite, go. I was there recently and was really impressed. Really, it was great.
