Wake's evaluation forms

Hey everyone.

I don't have a pre-med comittee letter, but I have the electronic packet that Wake says they accept. They do, however, prefer to have recommenders fill out their own specific evaluation form.

Do you think it would be a big hinderance to the application to just send the letter packet and not get the recommenders to fill out the separate evaluations? Or should I get them to just fill out the other sheets?

Let me hear you're opinions, I'm not sure what to do!
