What's your purpose as a physician? Why are you throwing away money to apply to SF schools when you should be saving it for bigger purchases for your relationship :) ? Washington is also a donation. Brown is likely a donation. Illinois is expensive for OOS.

I appreciate your 250 hours of food distribution work, but it seems low for many service-oriented schools you listed.
 
Several of the schools on your list are unrealistic (U Washington admits less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest)
