Hello! I was wondering if you guys could give a general look at my chances for T25+. I don't have the best research productivity. I would also love some school list recommendations. Thank you!

1. cGPA 3.93 sGPA 3.93, 131/132/130/131
2. nj resident, strong nyc ties, t10 undergrad, ORM, SES disadvantaged, currently a junior
3. 800 hrs volunteer emt at fire station. 100 hrs paid emt working at an IFT company
4. 800 orgo research across two labs. one poster presentation and one accepted abstract at regional conference (was unable to attend for personal reasons) at first lab. no abstracts or presentations at second lab but mentor said that i'll be a 2nd author on their upcoming pub
5. 400 hrs humanities research. independent research with IRB approval and grant.
6. 40 hrs shadowing. 10 hrs peds ER, 8 hrs nephrology, 6 hrs internal med, 25 hrs family med
7. 250 hrs prepping and delivery medically tailored meals to underserved populations
8. 400 hrs mentoring/tutoring
9. Gates scholarship, no other meaningful awards
10. worked at my family's business since i was 12. related to my research and my major.

schools that im thinking about (i know einstein's not a target anymore)

Metrics- and accomplishments-wise, I would encourage you to be picky about the schools you want on your reach list. Let them convince you to apply to their school. I would want to know more about your purpose as a physician and why those specific reach schools have the resources to position your residency profile how you want it to be, provided you put in the effort.
 
Top-20 pack fodder, a little better than average by their stratospheric standards. You should apply to top schools; your chances are middling there and strong everywhere else.
