I don't know about your list, but you seem OK for low and perhaps even mid-tier MD schools.

Is there an upward trend in your GPA? If there is, apply like the last couple of years are your true GPA.

A lot can be forgiven for URMs; a lot can be forgiven for veterans. Thank you for your service and good luck.

yes I got a 1.9 in my first semester, 2.8, 3.7 and then 4.0 for ~50 post undergraduate credits.
