leadership: AMSA president, founder of nonprofit/service org, head resident advisor, peer advisor, student government, etc
ECs: volunteer tutor, research assistant (in the process of being published), teaching assistant, other volunteer work (greater than 750 hours of total volunteer work combined)
Clinical: shadowing (65 hours, pandemic hit me p hard), clinical volunteering (120 hours), ED scribing (200+ hours, 8 hours per week)

TBH not a great writer so personal statement at best may be neutral to my application.

How realistic is this school list? Should I consider retaking the low MCAT score?

Edit: Oh, and a 71.1 LizzyM score.

Interviews are realistic. Whether you are accepted depends on how well you interview.

No? The 513 is a good score - I don’t know why you’re considering retaking it. I recommend 20 to pretty much all applicants because part of this process is luck and you never really know where you might get interviews. It’s important to reasonably maximize your chances.
