applying 2027, open to 2028. should i do research or gpa repair with post bac? i also dont think i have strong LOR writers/candidates even. ideally applying MD, but open to DO. interested in psych, ophtho, and EM.

If you did a postbac, what courses would you take? Would you consider an SMP if your sGPA is so low? What is your BCPM?

Why don't you have some shadowing experience? How do you know a doctor's life is for you?

You have no service orientation activities, so your application is at risk of getting screened out at most schools. Tutoring is on every premed's application and doesn't help you stand out. You probably have some activities with your church group, so what have you done serving others in that context?

You're in leadership for your premed club, but it doesn't look like you have strong relationships with mentors, including your pathway program.

Schools are looking for other non clinical volunteering activities besides tutoring. You should accumulate 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank or homeless shelter before you submit your application. You also need 50 hours of in person physician shadowing (including primary care).
