WAMC? and Help Creating a DO school list

I know this is tough to dictate without an mcat score, but I have been scoring around a 504-505 on FL. Take exam September 8th.
Resident of Arizona.
Stats: Overall GPA:3.6, Science GPA: 3.2 (lower side), Post Bacc GPA: 4.0 (Respiratory Therapy Program)
URM: Hispanic (Mexican-American) and Fluent in Spanish
Clinical Hours: 800 hours of clinical hours for respiratory therapy along with 500+ hours as a medical Assistant
Volunteer: 1000+ hours of summer camp, plus non profit organizations, etc...
mcat score? pending...
Have Strong Letters of Recommendation from a DO, MD, Program Director, and Science Instructor.
Strong Personal Statement as well, have already submitted a throwaway application and am verified by AACOMAS which will allow me to submit as soon as I receive my scores.

Would it be worth to apply to UofA since there deadline will be around two weeks after I receive my score? I know that is very late in the cycle for MD programs which is why I have only been researching DO.
