- Clinical: 720 Hours of Scribing, 1050 Hours taking care of my mother over a long period of time (not really clinical but explained in W/A that it helped me understand the system better and get to know a wide range of specialties)
- Non-clinical: 728 Hours of soup kitchen volunteering, E-Board of Minority Student Organization for 3 years, tutoring for my schools learning services, captain of intramural dodgeball team, was a member on an editorial board for a peer reviewed history journal
- Shadowing: 100 hours with a family doctor (was really hard to get here)
- Research: 850 hours working in a behavioural neuroscience lab including research grant for 5000 dollars (no publications)
