Obviously the home team should be on your list. Have you reached out regarding concerns about your 3x MCAT? You likely have some leeway being a native Hawaiian and military. Otherwise, check for military-friendly schools.

Thank you so much! I focused heavy on military-friendly schools in my list.

First off, many thanks for your service to our country.

I recommend:
East TN/Quillan
Albany
Drexel
EVMS
GWU
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
Loyola
MCW
NEOMED
Netter
Oakland-B
Rosy Franklin
Rush
SLU
TCU
Temple
Tulane
U VM
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Wake Forest
Wayne State
Your state school(s).
Any DO program. Include UNECOM if you’re from the NE, OSUCOM if you’re from the Plains states and PacNW if you’re from that region. I can't recommend LMU, SOMA, ARCOM, RVU, BCOM, ICOM and LUCOM, for different reasons. Avoid those new schools that haven't graduated a class yet, if at all possible.

I can't recommend Northstate under any circumstances.
Hello! Is it because they are highly instate favored? I will make sure to not apply here. Thank you so much!

No, it's because they failed every LCME accreditation standard, and are in danger of being shut down.
Oh wow! Thank you for the information!!

Carle Illinois is looking for applicants with an engineering background. California Northstate has accreditation problems. You also have several state public schools on your list that admit very few (if any) non residents with a MCAT of 502. I suggest these MD schools with your stats:
Hawaii
East Tennessee
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
TCU
Tulane
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
NOVA MD
Wake Forest
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
Hackensack
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
You should also apply to DO schools and I suggest these:
TUNCOM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
UIWSOM
ACOM
MU-COM
CUSOM
VCOM (all schools except Monroe)
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)
