Hiiiii! I'm a female from Miami, age 22, first time traditional applicant for the class of 2026. Planning on applying to Colorado State, Washington State, University of Florida, North Carolina, Oregon, Tufts Uni, Upenn, UGA, and University of Tennessee. I am planning on going into wildlife rehabilitation and working in behavioral research. My gpa is on the lower side and I am scared I will not get into any school first round. Any advice on fixing my application and which schools I have a better chance of getting in to?

Here is WSU interview tiers https://dvm.vetmed.wsu.edu/admissions/academic-criteria
They like to see everything so you say no extracurriculars-do you like to read or hike, do art or ski? All of those types of things count as far as WSU is concerned.
I would think about cancelling the GRE if you won't loose money unless one of your programs requires it. Most schools have moved away from it

Of your school list, CSU, WSU, OSU, NCState, and UGA can be incredibly competitive for OOS students. I would double check how your stats fit with their averages as per the AAVMC public data and potentially add other schools to your list.
