Date of Submission: Planning to apply in June
State of Residence: Florida
Major: Biology
Minority: No

GPA (at CC thru Dual Enrollment): 4.0
GPA (at uni): 3.95

DAT Scores:
- 1st Attempt: 19 AA / 20 TS / 19 PAT / 20 BIO / 17 GC / 21 OC / 20 RC / 16 QR
- 2nd Attempt: 21 AA / 22 TS / 21 PAT / 21 BIO / 21 GC / 22 OC / 20 RC / 22 QR

6 Most Important Experiences:
- Volunteer General Assistant = 104 hrs
- Endo Assistant (Employment) = 696 hrs
- Founder/President of Chapter (Volunteer/Did since high school throughout college) = 520 hrs
- Research Assistant (Studying periodontal pathogens) = 320
- Resident Assistant (Employment) = 840 hrs
- Volleyball Coach (Volunteer) = 132 hrs

Shadowing:
- General Shadowing (2 practices) = 218 hrs
- Endo Shadowing (At place I assisted at) = 45 hrs
- Ortho Shadowing (At place I assisted at) = 39 hrs

Other Experiences:
- Homeless Shelter Volunteer = 20 hrs
- Volunteer Research Assistant (Studying cardiovascular cells/epigenetics) = 48 hrs
- Co-Founder/VP of Club = 60 hrs
- Give Kids a Smile Volunteer = 11 hrs

- I’m mainly worried about my DAT scores, as they’re on the lower side, especially for UF.

Hey! I changed my post to WAMC for UF lol. I'll look into expanding my list, but I'm trying to stay in state for personal reasons.
How much contact have you had with the two schools before applying? What do they suggest about your DAT scores? I don't think dental schools offer early decision, do they?
