Morehouse accepts mainly African Americans. Central Michigan, Northeast Ohio, Toledo, Virginia Tech accept few non residents with no connection to the state or region. You should have Penn State, Drexel, Temple and Jefferson on your list and consider these schools also:
Vermont
Seton Hall
George Washington
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin

Question about U Toledo: If I have no ties to Ohio and am from Iowa is it worth it to apply here, or is it not considered 'part of the region'?
