Hey guys this is my first post... not really sure if I'm supposed to be as detailed as I'm going to be but here goes nothing haha

I am a White, Male from Rhode Island. I am a Chemistry major at a small private school in New England, my cGPA is 3.88 and my sGPA is 3.85. My MCAT was a bit disappointing for me at 509, but I have a lot of interesting extracurriculars and leadership. 1500+ hours of research. 500+ non-clinical volunteer hours, 150+ clinical volunteer hours (also counts as clinical research), 250+ shadowing hours, President of 2 pre-med clubs, have a sports blog, etc. My letters of recommendation are stellar (according to my Pre-Med advisor) and I also have a strong committee letter coming in that should be submitted any day now. I have crafted a list of 29 schools, with about 5-6 reach schools and the rest relatively in my target range.

These state public schools on your list accept few non residents with your MCAT and no connection to the state:
Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine
Rutgers, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
State University of New York Upstate Medical University
Stony Brook University School of Medicine
University of Central Florida College of Medicine
University of Maryland School of Medicine
University of Massachusetts Medical School
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine
University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health
I suggest adding all these schools instead:
Vermont
Seton Hall
Eastern Virginia
NOVA MD
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Medical College Wisconsin
St. Louis
Tulane
California University (new school)
Kaiser (when it opens)
