hi guys, if anyone could answer this that'd be awesome..
how much does interview performance actually matter? if i gave a great interview, is this likely to be a large deciding factor for the committee? or are my stats still likely to potentially hold me back post-II?
I just figured I'd ask, even though decisions are multifaceted, of course.
