Just fyi, you're projecting 75 hour weeks over your gap year rn not including daily self-care tasks, social life, vacations, etc.

Please don't do that to yourself going into a 7+ year gauntlet if you can help it.

Yes, projecting 3000 hours would raise some eyebrows as well. You really should be trying to stay around the 2000 hour mark for all activities combined since that’s a 40 hour week.
