Hey guys, I'd like some help determining if my school list is appropriate for my stats and application overall for this coming May, or if there are any weaknesses in my application. Thanks for all your help in advance!

No gap year
B.S. in Biology
cGPA: 3.97, sGPA: 3.98
MCAT (1 attempt): 515 (130/128/130/127) - September '25
Research: 870 hrs (630 hrs at Biomedical engineering lab, predicted middle author pub in coming months and 2 presentations + 240 hours at Auditory lab)
Shadowing: 110 hrs (psychiatry, asthma and allergy, internal medicine)
Clinical volunteering: 120 hrs (volunteering in emergency department)
Clinical paid: 550 hrs (310 hrs as MA at sleep medicine clinic + 240 hrs as EMT IFT)
Nonclinical volunteering: 850 hrs (400 hrs as Red Cross recovery caseworker, 310 hrs as Crisis Text Line counselor, and 140 hours as AED volunteer)
Leadership: 200 hrs (60 hrs at Red Cross Caseworker Supervisor + 60 hours as Bio TA + 80 hours as a Big for AED)
Hobbies: Running (several 5Ks and 10K) and journaling
Honors/Awards: Dean's Scholar for several semesters and Top 20 submission for Center for Brain Health Brain Health Prize Competition + Poster presentation
Letters of rec: (4) 1 from Lab PI, 2 from professors, 1 from doctor

You have only applied to 7 of the TMDSAS schools, I suggest adding the rest of the MD schools.
Of your AMCAS choices, most look reasonable except U of Washington (very few who are no PNW residents) and
U Arizona Phoenix (takes mostly CA, AZ, and NV residents, UArizona Tucson is more likely to consider OOS)

Welcome to the forums.

A lot of your non-clinical volunteering is medicine-adjacent. It can be argued your work with AED is adjacent to your EMT experience. I think your Red Cross case management is okay as long as you explain how you connect those affected with resources; give context to the situations where you have helped others. Numbers will help you (people/families, costs/damages, etc.).
