WAMC/School List, please help

  1. cGPA: 3.90, sGPA: 3.81. Major: biochemistry
  2. MCAT: 523 (C/P: 130, CARS: 130, B/B: 132, P/S: 131)
  3. State of residence: NY
  4. NY private undergrad, just graduated this month.
  5. Clinical experience: 150 hours as ER volunteer, 50 hours rotating in different hospital departments (program provided by my university)
  6. Research experience: 500 hours in molecular bio lab. presented poster at on-campus expo in consecutive years, oral presentation at regional conference. wrote a summary report and gave senior capstone oral presentation to faculty. (not sure if relevant). 50 hours in organic chemistry lab, no posters or anything. 75 hours in research-based course (molecular bio), on-campus poster.
  7. Shadowing experience and specialties represented: 100 hours, family medicine.
  8. Non-clinical volunteering: 50 hours as member of service club, mostly at local soup kitchen
  9. Other extracurricular activities: tutored chemistry at local high school and at my university, also tutored math, 3 semesters total. supplemental instructor for intro bio, 1 semester. assisted chemistry professor with setting up orgo labs and grading reports. founding member of biochemistry/molecular biology student chapter, VP of service club, officer of chess club. worked in food service industry for two summers and on breaks, ~500 hours. worked in county health department for a summer doing vector control. intramural basketball all 4 years of college. going to get more clinical experience and shadowing during gap year, also going to work, currently figuring that stuff out
  10. letters of rec should be very good
can people please comment? aiming to apply to ~25 schools. input from @Goro @WedgeDawg @LizzyM is especially desired. here is my (obviously tentative) school list:

Get in some more non-clinical volunteering! You do NOT need any more shadowing!!!! Some more clinical volunteering will be good as well.
