Honestly your MCAT should be fine. 508 is okay if you have a focused school list. Geography links will help you (where the Governor and the board serves), though I don't think you listed your state of legal residence. If you are staying in New England, I think you have hit the highlights I would have suggested (Vermont, UNECOM, Mass, Brown, Dartmouth, Tufts).
Have you sought NHSC? Have you connected with AHEC programs?
Swaps:
UChicago, not Rosalind Franklin, though your MCAT may be a bit low... your other accomplishments may get their attention.
Michigan or Michigan State, not TCU or perhaps Penn State.
You could add these MD schools to your application this week:
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
NOVA MD
Wake Forest
Eastern Virginia
Temple
Hackensack
Also add more DO schools and I suggest these:
AZCOM
TUNCOM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
MU-COM
CUSOM
NYITCOM
Touro-NY
