Apply to all 8 of your Florida MD schools (including the new school NOVA MD) and you should receive several interviews. Are there any other areas of the country that interest you ?

I was thinking on staying on the East coast (as Ive often seen West coast does not accept many OOS or east coasters). Interested in North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, NY, Georgia, among others on the east coast! Very open-minded though to casting a wider net (eg. Illinois)

You could add any of these schools based on your geographic preference:
Wake Forest
Duke
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Georgetown
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Howard
Morehouse
Meharry
New York Medical College
Hofstra
Einstein

Thank you for the input! Do you think it'd be worth to apply to UNC? As I see Duke is on there. Also would it be ideal to use MSAR to apply to schools where I at least fall in the 10th percentile?

UNC accepts few non residents with no connection to the state. You can use the MSAR for other schools but remember the stats for state public schools can be a bit misleading since many of those non residents accepted are legacies, attended an undergraduate school in the state or are former residents.

In addition to your list @Faha , I looked at different WAMC threads and saw school lists and compared. Would applying to these schools also be worthwhile?

Wakeforest
UCLA-Geffen
Chicago Medical at Rosalind Franklin Univ
Rush Medical College
U of Cincinnati
OSU
Geisinger
Indiana Univ (saw mixed opinions about instate bias)
Tulane

Also, just curious as to why you suggested Duke. Seems much more top tier than my stats would agree with.

Thanks!

All those schools are fine to apply to. You could receive an interview at Duke. You could add Emory too if you want to be in Georgia.
