You may have received a "consent form" for ECFMG release of all your data. The accompanying material specifies that you are "required" to sign this form. This is very misleading. Do not sign this form. If you have already signed it, send a letter to the "international office" revoking your consent. To be safe, contact ECFMG immediately and specify that any document presented by USyd in your name requesting information is invalid.
