Hi guys,
Can any body help out with my doubt? Wats the next step after completing dds.Like how can we work? there r many sites explaing for physicians about there h1 processiing and green card processing but not for us, dentists.Do anybody know the processing regarding h1 and green card for dentists?.It will b helpful even if u mention some website where we can get the information.

Once you complete DDS/DMD and pass licensing examination, the visa and grren card proessing are similar to the one for Physician's. One has to get a job offer from an employer who will sponsor the H1. As there is no shortage of dentist in USA I don't know how difficult it is to obtain a H1 for joining a dental office. I think certain State & Federal jobs in underserved areas qualify for H1 visa.

By Cap I meant the limitation of H1b visa (i.e. 65,000/ year)
