I got a very weak LOR from my biology professor, it literally took him over 2 months to write me a very short and not a strong letter. I guess he disliked me when I tried to bug him a lot for a letter. At this point, I don't know if I should submit it to AADSA or not because the time is running out. And none of my known professors are working in summer classes. Am I screwed?

Contact your other professors via email, even if they aren't necessarily at campus for the summer. You're fortunate that you get to see your letters before submitting them.

Was is a weak lor because you bugged "him a lot"' or was it because he gave an honest evaluation?

👍

Not to brag, but that was how I got a LOR from a bcp prof in three days during this summer without directly asking for one. If you're persuasive enough in your writing via email, I'm sure you can have it your way; just don't come off desperate.

He mentioned that I got a B+, a very close to A in his Biology class. He did mentioned that I often come to talk to him during his office hours and find the solutions myself. I don't know he doesn't really mention too much about my work in class and outside activities that I talked him about while I was taking his class.

While I don't really think one somewhat-weak letter is going to break your application, assuming your grades/scores/ECs are reasonable, finding another person to write you a letter might be a good idea. Do you have any other options?

Are you confident there's another professor who could write you a STRONG letter? If not, might as well use this one because it doesn't actually sound "bad," just sort of plain. It's not the end of the world and you don't want to hold up your application too much.
