On my ADTS it says my usmle transcript was updated recently. problem is I do not have anything to update it with as I did not take step 2 yet. I s this something anyone else has experienced ?

This happens constantly, with a variety of documents, to pretty much every applicant, every single year. It means nothing. Relax.
