but i want my credential evaluate by WES .DO I NEED TO SEND MY ORIGINAL DOCMENTS ALSO TO WES........... and which one is better wes or ese

Most schools accept ece,
WES is accepted in some schools.like lomalinda, newjersey,colarado.you will get a higher gpa in wes,if you have failures,because they consider your passed attempt.but you need to have all your documents atested by the controller of examination. HOPE THIS HELPS

3.2 is not bad
if you score good in part 1 and toefl it will be sufficient
