Anyone have or had any experience dealing with Wesleyan University students whether you are/were a student applying to medical school or an adcom looking over applications FROM Wesleyan students?

lol wut?

Its a liberal arts school, so it won't get knocked like a community college.

Experience as in

1) applying to medical schools with what stats and the results from it
2) what stats adcoms see from Wesleyan usually

There doesn't seem to be a lot going on "pre-med-wise" at Wesleyan

From my experience Wesleyan is looked at very favorably, as a competitive/rigorous Northeast liberal arts school. They also have a lot going on in the sciences for a liberal arts school of their size.

Hello I am currently a Senior in High School. And I would like to ask the people here what is Wesleyan like? I know the Science Program is very good but what specific should I know if I wish to become a doctor? As well as what is it like there?

I'm a current student, but just applied this cycle so can't give you too much feedback yet.

Yes, the sciences are very good here and there are a lot of opportunities to do research (more than most school of this size from what I know), which is helpful for applying to med school. Your question is kind of vague, but if you have more specific things you would like to know about the school, feel free to PM me.
