I got an acceptance letter from Western last Thursday. Today I got a phone call from my faculty interviewer around 6:00 p.m. But I was not home at that time. He left a message for me and asked me to call him back. He said that I should set up around 30 minutes to an hour to talk to him. I don't know what he wants. Did anyone get a phone call like that? If yes, what did your interviewer talk to you. Please share. Thank you.

Got a voicemail on my phone at 11:3?am for 1/27/06. I couldn't call back to confirm until after work. I had to leave a message. I'm on Jury Duty tomorrow so we'll see what happens.

I got a call for January interview yesterday afternoon. I'm happy, but at the same time, I'm worried about what to prepare for the interview.
I don't even know the location of the uni.
Maybe I should pay a visit to Western Uni b4 I go to the interview <.>;;;

I was called by the professor I interviewed with on the day I received my acceptance letter (last Friday). He just wanted to congratulate me in person and said that he hoped I would chose Western. The call lasted at most 2 minutes.

i got a call from my interviewer too! saying congrats and asking if i have any questions. basically they're calling acceptees to convince them to choose Western over any other school they might have applied too. i really like Western copmared to USC.

They did send an e-mail (like 2-3 weeks later though..) and I'm not sure they'll even send one if you don't confirm over the phone, you should try and call them or have someone call them with your information.

Hi, I have an interview coming up this month. I may have missed it, but can anyone who's been previously interviewed at Western tell me more specifics about what the interview process is and what to focus on, etc.? Also, what type of essay should I look forward to? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
