Do you think because of my lower MCAT, I might get II September/October? I’m seeing a lot of high LM scorers getting II to t20s right now. But I feel like like my ECs are good enough for some of these schools to possibly consider me?

There's not much we can do at this point except wait. The variables we don't know about include (but not exclusively) your secondary essay responses, your LOR's, or interview schedule planning at the admissions office.

Ok! I obviously don’t know what they wrote but my research professor said really good things about the effort he put into my LOR and I also got the top rating in my school’s committee letter evaluation process. I wrote my secondaries with a mentor and I feel like they are good and tie into a nice narrative. I’m just worried because I don’t see any huge holes in my app. Am I being neurotic winces it’s still august?

Yes, you need to trust the process. Wait until the end of October or the Thanksgiving break.

Take a deep breath. You are going to collapse if you don’t calm down.
At this point there is nothing you can do about this cycle. Maybe later you can send an update but who knows if those even work.
A well known adage on SDN is to consider yourself rejected until you have your acceptance in hand. So keep building your application in cas you have to reapply.
You’ve done all you can and have submitted what seems to be a competitive application.
Now just wait. And you are ahead of lots of applicants. You have an interview.
