What are my chances of getting into a D.O. medical school?

If my sgpa is 3.1 and cgpa is 3.2. Extreme upward trend in last 2 years. About 1000 hours of research, 1000-2000 hours of volunteering and 200 hours of shadowing. MCAT score is 508. I was involved in 3 clubs at my uni. What are my chances of getting into a D.O. school?
