Couple of things:

300 hours of shadowing is overkill. You would be better of doing some community service somewhere.

With your MCAT, you should be focusing on DO schools. Some of the ones you have on there (Vandy, Emory, UNC, UVA) are not worth applying to.

What DO schools do you suggest? I was already considering removing the schools you listed as their average is well into the mid 510s. Also at the hospital my hours exceed 1000 hours by far for community service. Are you saying i should consider finding non-clinical community service?

Why not Retake the MCAT? Your chances would be pretty good if you had at least a 510

Your clinical volunteering is excellent, but it is beneficial to have non-clinical volunteering as well. Try a find something in service to those less fortunate than yourself, like a soup kitchen, homeless shelter, Habitat for Humanity, etc.

You could receive interviews at some of your Florida schools since you have a great GPA. Add NOVA MD if it opens for 2018. Your OOS MD schools are unrealistic but you could try Quinnipiac, Oakland Beaumont, NYMC. Add a few more DO schools such as LECOM (both schools), ACOM, WCU-COM, UP-KYCOM, WVSOM. Your other option would be to apply a year from now after you graduate and retake the MCAT. However, do not retake unless your practice scores are 508 or higher.
