Your reach schools are unrealistic with your MCAT except Einstein. Baylor is also a reach. You have state public schools on your list that accept few non residents with your MCAT and no connection to the state including UConn, Nevada, OHSU and U Wisconsin. I suggest adding more schools such as:
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Temple
Jefferson
GW
Georgetown
West Virginia
Oakland Beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
St. Louis
Creighton
Tulane

Delete Northstate, unless you want to attend a school that has chosen to deny its students access to federal loans and payback mechanisms.
The other private CA schools are big reaches.
With at least dozen OOS choices (like those listed above) you stand a good chance.

Here is a more realistic list:
U VM
Rush
NYMC
Creighton
Albany
Rosy Franklin
Drexel
Temple
MCW
SLU
WVU
Jefferson
Tulane
Loyola
Wake Forest
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
VCU
Netter
EVMS
Oakland-B
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Any DO program. I can't recommend Touro-NY, or LUCOM, for different reasons
UCD
UCI
UCR IF you're from the Inland Empire.
