You should reach out to admissions offices near you with your questions about your academic history, and I would not exclude DO programs. Maryland has a new DO school (Meritus); both PCOM and VCOM's main campuses are not far away (and they are more established). You should also inquire about career-changer postbac or special masters programs.

Previously, our conversation (I needed a refresher).

So I guess the post bacc I took for 2 years means nothing…so I should find different kind of post bacc that gives better impression?

Faha can you give list of schools?
Your post bacc of 3.9 is great but a MCAT of 503 is not competitive for most MD schools but it is for many DO schools.
I suggest these MD schools:
Maryland
West Virginia
Eastern Virginia
Drexel
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
TCU
Ponce (St. Louis)
Roseman
Alice Walton
Belmont
Methodist (when it opens)
Rosalind Franklin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Also apply to DO schools and I suggest these:
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)
MU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
UIWSOM
TUNCOM
ACOM
CUSOM
WCU-COM
